27th February 2010. The Royal Navy rescue helicopter Rescue 177 takes off against the backdrop of Buachaille Etive Mor in full winter dress.

The helicopter had just landed on at Glencoe Etive road end giving the drivers on the A82 an added distraction. 2 skiers had been caught in a large avalanche on Meall a Buiridhe (Glencoe Ski Area) and the helicopter was called in to assist Glencoe Mountain Recue Team to reach the pair, one of whom had sustained a broken leg.
